About FARMcurious

FARMcurious grew, organically of course, out of Nicole Kramer Easterday’s passion for urban farming and working with her hands to learn homesteading skills like keeping chickens, fermenting vegetables, and curing meat. But she fell hardest for cheese, earning an artisan cheesemaking certification in 2011 and American Cheese Society certification in 2019, and now revels in sharing her expertise with others. The most popular of her classes takes students through making three cheeses (burrata, chevre and mozzarella) in three hours with wine pairing.

FARMcurious will offer classes and events in Pop Out Kitchen on the mezzanine.
