Castro Valley Marketplace is excited to be partnering with the FETA program to offer FETA graduates the ability to interact with the Marketplace facilities and merchants.
At the Marketplace, food entrepreneurs will find an exceptional ecosystem designed to grow their business ambitions.
Our support system includes opportunities for product sampling, workshops, catering, retail opportunities, and more.
Whether you’re a budding startup or a more established brand, the Marketplace offers the resources and support to turn culinary visions into successful ventures.

THE DEMO STATION
The Demo Station is well situated for maximum exposure to customers.
Located on the main floor in front of the grocery store. It is near the West lot entrance to the building, and at the intersection of all walkways – an ideal way to get your product in front of people.
- Each graduate may sign up for the Demo Station for 5 days (limit to 3 hours) through the end of 2024 (first come, first serve).
- Dates and times can be flexible. Same time 5 days in a row, or 5 different days and hours, we’ll work with you to make the most of your time.
- The Marketplace is open from 8-8 Monday to Saturday, and 8-7 on Sundays, so there are many options.
- Be prepared to have licenses, insurance, flyers, promotional materials, etc. when you reserve a space.
- Details will be supplied when you apply.

Retail Opportunities
Do you want to see if your products could be sold by Castro Valley Natural Grocery or other merchants?
Please email to info@castrovalleymarketplace.com who you are, details of your product line, supporting materials, contact information, and we will get your information to the merchants who may have the ability to distribute it.
Catering
Our new event space, The Meeting Place by Good Morning Maxwell offers exceptional opportunities for catering or having your products included in catering set ups.
The space holds baby and bridal showers, milestone birthday bashes, work retreats, workshops, and other celebrations.

We may follow up to schedule tastings to see how you may be able to be included in opportunities for certain events or to be added as a recommended business.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SPACE
Note: this is dependent on current leases and equipment purchases to outfit certain spaces.
The use of the commercial kitchen is limited to businesses in the Marketplace and groups we know. As a FETA graduate, you are considered to be someone we know.
