What to Know

Here's how it works.

The Basics

  • Fee $100 per event (no hidden costs)
  • Space One 6-8ft table + display area
  • Setup Arrive as early as 3 PM, ready by 4 PM
  • Event 5 PM – 8 PM
  • Parking Use lots outside the Marketplace (3hr limit inside)

Help Us Spread the Word

We ask all makers to share the event flyer on social media before the event — a couple of stories and one feed post. Tag us: @castrovalleymarketplace, @goodmorningmaxwell, @wesparq

Quick Questions

What can I sell?+
Handmade goods, art, jewelry, clothing, candles, plants, artisan food (with proper permits), vintage items — anything crafted with care.
How much space do I get?+
One 6ft or 8ft table with room for displays in front, beside, or behind. Racks work too if that fits your setup better.
Can I bring a helper?+
Yes — up to two people per booth. One is ideal to keep things spacious for shoppers.
What's the deadline to apply?+
Applications and payment are due by the 15th of the month before the event.
Is there power available?+
Limited outlets are available. Let us know in your application if you need power and we'll do our best to accommodate.
