- Kamoizumi Umeshu “Umelicious”– sweetness, acidity and piquant plum flavor distinguish this lovely low-alcohol aperitif. A combination of jumia sake, ume fruit (similar to plums) and sugar. Best served chilled as an aperitif or with dessert.
- Kamoizumi Nigori Ginjo “Summer Snow” – This unfiltered and undiluted sake is rich, creamy and brimming with exuberant natural flavor and has notes of hay, grape, melon and cotton candy. It is an excellent introduction to the world of sake enjoyment.
- Kokuryu Junmai Ginjo “Black Dragon” – Smooth, deep, rich and savory. It has hints of fruits, minerals, caramel, grains and umami. Delicious with anything grilled. Served chilled at 50-60 degrees or warmed at 105-115 degrees.
- Tedorigawa Kinka “Gold Blossom” – Full, clean taste, with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity overlaying a delicate fruitiness. Like plum blossoms at winter’s end, Kinka is vivid and poised, in the elegant Kanazawa style.
